1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Cheap Transport Europe platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users, including shippers, carriers, and visitors.

2. Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the Cheap Transport Europe website, applications, and related services.
• "Shipper" refers to a user who posts shipment requests seeking transport services.
• "Carrier" refers to a user who offers transport services and posts available routes.
• "Tokens" refers to the platform's credit system used by carriers to perform actions.
• "Content" refers to any information, text, images, or data posted by users on the Platform.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Platform Use

Cheap Transport Europe is a marketplace connecting shippers and carriers. We:

• Facilitate connections between shippers and carriers but are not a party to any transport contract
• Do not guarantee the availability, quality, or safety of any transport service
• Are not responsible for the actions, content, or conduct of any user
• Reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Platform at any time

Transport agreements are made directly between shippers and carriers. All parties are responsible for their own legal compliance, including licensing, insurance, and customs requirements.

5. Tokens & Payments

Token System

Carriers use tokens to perform platform actions such as submitting quotes, sending messages, and posting routes. Token costs are as follows:

• Quote submission: 1 token
• Sending a message: 1 token
• Posting a route: 2 tokens

Purchases & Refunds

• Token purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law
• Tokens have a validity period and may expire if not used
• We reserve the right to adjust token pricing with advance notice
• Posting shipments is free for shippers

6. User Content

By posting content on the Platform, you:

• Retain ownership of your content
• Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and use your content in connection with the Platform
• Represent that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights
• Agree that we may remove content that violates these Terms

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information in listings, profiles, or communications
• Use the Platform for illegal activities or to transport prohibited goods
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Circumvent the token system or manipulate the Platform
• Scrape, data mine, or use bots to access the Platform
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Attempt to contact users outside the Platform to avoid token usage

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cheap Transport Europe shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of goods, damage during transport, or delivery failures
• Actions or omissions of any user, including carriers and shippers
• Service interruptions, data loss, or unauthorized account access

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes between users, we encourage resolution through our messaging system. We may, at our discretion, mediate disputes but are not obligated to do so. You may report violations or concerns through our Contact page.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Platform will cease
• Unused tokens are forfeited and non-refundable
• Provisions that by nature should survive will remain in effect

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable national laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the company's registered jurisdiction.
